My name is Angel, dedicated yoga nerd and student since 2016

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 and have a passion for introducing yoga to beginners and diving deep into yoga fundamentals for experienced practitioners. I hope to help people connect to joy and stability through movement.
What I do
I create mindfully paced sequences that allow students to explore alignment and sensation in-depth, while allowing space for reflection.
Why “Asana Feels”?
To evoke a lighthearted approach to body and mind awareness
Yoga can be thought of traditionally as a practice of austerity, but in our modern times, I think that approach makes it less accessible for the average person. Without deviating from the roots and lineage of yoga, I wanted to choose a name that aligned with how I feel about my practice, and thus Asana Feels was born.

Asana Feels is all about getting honest with your feelings that you feel in the moment, and using that as your compass for exploring the mental and physical practice of yoga.
